Stefan Dobrev has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Stefan began their career as a Research Assistant at GDCC, where they conducted surveys and interviews for financial data collection. Stefan then worked at Masterhaus as an Analyst in the Online Store Department, responsible for market research and developing sales strategies. Next, Stefan worked at The Wax Bar as a Marketing and Purchasing Assistant, where they handled marketing activities, collaborated with partner companies, and managed inventory. Stefan then moved to AdStart Media as an Affiliate Marketing Intern, focusing on key account management and setting up digital ad campaigns. Stefan also gained experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at FICOSOTA, where they were responsible for marketing strategy and brand development. Stefan later worked as an Export Specialist at VDP Weingut Georg Müller Stiftung, creating an export strategy for wine products in the Japanese market. Currently, Stefan serves as a Sales Team Lead at MarketStar Bulgaria, leading a team of Business Development Representatives and overseeing sales campaigns and team development. Additionally, they are also involved as a Mentor at Mentor the Young.

Stefan Dobrev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Trade Management for Asia from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2020. Stefan also participated in an exchange program at Donghua University in 2019, focusing on Chinese language, International Business, Trade, and Commerce. Prior to their university studies, they earned a High School Diploma in English Language and Literature from English Language School "Geo Milev" - Burgas from 2011 to 2016.
