Isaiah Taylor served in the US Army for several years, holding various roles and responsibilities. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Victim Advocate, providing support and advocacy services to victims of sexual assault and harassment. During this time, they also served as a Training and Development Manager, responsible for training and developing 40 employees in a repair parts warehouse.
