Lauren Conte

Lauren Conte has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources (HR) and Business Operations. Lauren began their career in 2011 as a Cost Control Engineer at Abener Engineering and Construction Services, LLC. In 2012, they joined Anheuser-Busch as an HR Operations Specialist, before moving to HR Project Manager and then People (HR) Director for Goose Island Beer Co & Virtue Cider. In 2021, they became Human Resources Director, Corporate at Breakthru Beverage Group, and most recently in 2022, they took on the role of Business Operations Manager at Outbound Lighting LLC.

Lauren Conte obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Missouri State University between 2009 and 2011.
