Dindo Castillo

Dindo Castillo has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Dindo most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Director of Business Development at Outbounders.com starting in September 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Wipro BPS from July 2014 to May 2018 as an Operations Manager, where they successfully led healthcare back-office operations and inbound processes while surpassing all defined metrics and key performance indicators.

From June 2010 to January 2013, Castillo held the position of Site Head at Pentagon 2 Worldwide Communications, Inc. During this time, they provided cross-functional management and directed Managers and Supervisors, overseeing 200 employees. Dindo achieved notable accomplishments such as improving productivity, reducing costs, and redefining the organizational structure.

Before joining Pentagon 2 Worldwide Communications, Inc., Castillo worked at PacificHub Corporation from 2003 to 2010. Dindo served as an Operations Manager from February 2006 to June 2010, overseeing 3 divisions with a population of 250-300 agents. Castillo also held the roles of Shift Manager and Team Supervisor during their tenure at PacificHub Corporation.
