Amir Pirnia

Amir Pirnia is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in healthcare, finance, and education sectors. Currently serving as the CTO and CPO at DocDay by SureCo since January 2021, Amir leads the development of affordable virtual primary care services. Prior roles include advising at Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator, serving as CTO at SureCo, and holding senior engineering positions at PennyMac Loan Services and Hixme. Amir's technical proficiency was instrumental at Age of Learning as VP of Engineering and at LegalZoom as Senior Director of Technology. Amir holds an MBA in Marketing and Innovation Management from Northwestern University, an Executive MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Windsor.
