Angie Smith

Angie Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Angie is currently the Director of Engineering - Customer Enablement at Outcomes™ since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cardinal Health, starting as an Asset Management Consultant in Retail Pharmacy from May 2008 to May 2010. Angie then held positions such as Marketing Consultant (Chain and Long Term Care Pharmacy), Implementation Lead (Acute Care), Technical Communications (Specialty), Culture Enthusiast, and Technical Product Manager. Angie'sroles at Cardinal Health encompassed responsibilities such as leading development teams, managing projects, facilitating culture change, and driving product roadmaps. Before joining Cardinal Health, Angie had internships at Unilever and Macy's. Angie also worked as an Operation Enterprise Staff at the American Management Association from 2004 to 2006.

Angie Smith completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Angie also obtained the certification "Essentials of Service Design" from Ideas With Moxie in 2021.
