Maddy Wright has extensive work experience in the field of talent development and program management. They currently serve as the Director of Talent Development at Outcomes™ since February 2022. Prior to this, Maddy worked at Cerner Corporation from 2013. During their time at Cerner Corporation, they held various roles including Senior Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Learning Partner, Senior Event Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and Program Coordinator. Their work experience highlights their expertise in managing programs, coordinating events, and supporting learning initiatives.

Maddy Wright attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Spanish.
