Sean Fagin

Sean Fagin has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Sean is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Outdoor Living Supply since 2024. Prior to that, they held the same position at JPW Industries from 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Vice President and North America CFO at JELD-WEN, Inc. Before that, they held various positions at General Cable, including Vice President & CFO in North America and Latin America, as well as Director of Global Financial Risk Management. Sean began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1991 and held multiple roles such as Global Fabric Care Supply Chain Finance Lead, Global Strategic Planning Project Leader, Global Treasury Portfolio Risk Manager, NA Olay Moisturizing Brand CFO, Sam's Club Customer Team Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst in Operations, and Senior Engineer/Group Leader in Product Development.

Sean Fagin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University from 1987 to 1991. Sean then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Cincinnati from 1993 to 1996. Sean has also obtained certifications including the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2015 and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in 2004.
