Heather Helland

Heather Helland is an accomplished product developer and designer specializing in outerwear and sportswear, currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at REI since September 2017. With extensive experience at Outdoor Research since May 2011 as a Design Engineer, Heather is responsible for a significant portion of the collection, overseeing the design process, managing tech-packs, and collaborating with manufacturers in Asia. Previous roles include Associate Designer at Nest Children's Clothing, where responsibilities involved sample creation and quality checks, and Designer at Kwigy-Bo Dog Apparel, focusing on trend integration in dog apparel.
