Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Outdoor Research since June 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Assistant Manager at the same company from June 2020 to February 2022. Prior to this, Ryan worked as Operations Manager at Gold Miners Daughters Lodge from November 2012 to July 2015, honing skills in team leadership and client relations.
