Vishal Chopra has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2000, they worked at Sun Microsystems as a Product Lead, where they remained until 2004. Following this, they joined AMD as a Summer Associate in Corporate Development for a few months in 2005. In 2006, Vishal started working at IBM as a Managing Consultant in the Internal Strategy Group, a position they held until 2010. From 2010 onwards, they became an Executive Director at Chopra Dhall Group. In 2013, Vishal co-founded CourseKart, an innovative platform providing test-prep instruction to students. Vishal held the position of Co-Founder until 2018. In the same year, Vishal founded Ninety One and assumed the role of Founder and Managing Director.
Vishal Chopra has an extensive education history. Vishal first attended St Xaviers Loyola, although the specific start and end years are unknown. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications at L.D. College of Engineering, Gujarat University, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, Vishal attended Purdue University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering. Lastly, they attended The Wharton School from 2004 to 2006, earning an MBA degree in Finance and Strategic Management.
