Melinda Lim

Melinda Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Melinda started their most recent position as a Senior Account Manager at Outfit in September 2022. Prior to that, Melinda worked at Kea New Zealand as the Global Partnerships & Engagement Director from December 2016 to April 2022. Melinda also served as a Trustee for OKE Charity from June 2016 to December 2019, where they championed the implementation of a gardening program in primary and intermediate schools.

Before that, Melinda held roles at Trans-Tasman Business Circle, where they transitioned from the Events team to the Partnerships team and worked as a Partnerships Manager from January 2014 to December 2016. Melinda also served as the Events Director for both Australia and New Zealand from April 2003 to January 2014, managing a wide range of events and leading a team.

Prior to their roles at Trans-Tasman Business Circle, Melinda worked as the MBA Student Relations Manager at the Australian Graduate School of Management from April 2002 to April 2003. Melinda was responsible for managing the MBA student program and promoting AGSM's business degrees and executive programs.

Melinda's earlier work experience includes a role as a Team Assistant in the Network Systems Support Group at Optus from June 2000 to December 2001, where they provided administrative support and coordination for a team of 20. Melinda also worked as an IT PC Application Support and MIS Helpdesk at Australia Post from 1998 to 2000.

Melinda Lim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Event Management and Marketing from APM College of Business and Communication, specializing in Business, Events Management, and Marketing.
