Kirill Dulkin

Kirill Dulkin is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Head of Product at OUTFORM since September 2024. Previously, Kirill held the position of VP Product at Arti.AR from January 2022 to September 2024 and served as VP of Product at Styletech for a brief period in early 2021. Kirill's earlier career includes roles such as Senior Product Manager at Matrix, where strategic roadmaps for a significant operational intelligence system were developed, and Product Manager focused on defense and intelligence systems. Kirill's expertise extends to business development as a Product Consultant at BIKS and project leadership in the Israeli Air Force. Kirill's education includes a diploma from Infinify's Product Leadership Academy, a diploma in 3D Art from Israel Animation College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
