Vice President Human Resources & Co-chief Diversity Officer at Outfront Media

DJ Duronslet has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. DJ has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Human Resources and Co-Chief Diversity Officer at OUTFRONT Media, where they started in April 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Co-Chief Diversity Officer at the same company from October 2014 to April 2018.

Before joining OUTFRONT Media, DJ Duronslet was a Board Member at the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board from July 2014 to April 2015. DJ also worked at CBS as the Director of Human Resources from October 2009 to October 2014.

Prior to their time at CBS, DJ Duronslet worked as an Owner/Consultant at People Strategy and Solutions from March 2004 to October 2009. In this role, they provided Human Resources consulting in various areas such as Organizational Development, Training, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Diversity Initiatives.

DJ also worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as an Associate Director and later as a Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they provided consulting and management support in areas such as Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Compensation. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner for specific business units and regions.

Before joining Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, DJ Duronslet worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior-level Human Resources generalist from January 1997 to January 2000. In this role, they played a key role in establishing the Business Partner model in the HR Department and increased retention through designing and implementing incentive pay and bonus programs.

Their earlier experience includes working as the Western Regional Human Resources Manager at EARTH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION from January 1990 to January 1997. In this role, they were responsible for handling complex HR issues including Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, and Recruitment for seven states in the Western Region.

DJ Duronslet received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. In addition to this, they obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University in July 2019.
