J.R. Maus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked at Hertz as a Pricing Analyst and later became a Pricing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and monitoring pricing strategies, analyzing rental forecasts and data, and collaborating with various departments to maximize volume and revenue.

In 2007, they briefly worked as a Financial Analyst at Medco Health Solutions before returning to Hertz. At Hertz, they served as a Contribution Manager, Division Pricing Manager for the Leisure Brand, and Manager of Pricing and Revenue Management. In these positions, they were involved in strategic pricing, analyzing key business statistics, and ensuring optimal price positioning.

From 2012 to 2016, J.R. Maus was the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management for The Americas at Reed Exhibitions. Reporting directly to the President, they headed the strategic pricing and revenue management of the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil.

In 2016, they joined The Madison Square Garden Company as the Director of Analytics & Business Operations. In this role, they provided analytical leadership for iconic venues such as MSG, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theater, and Chicago Theater. J.R. built a dynamic dashboard for F&B KPIs and partnered with Operations to optimize the business and enhance the guest experience.

From 2018 to 2019, J.R. Maus worked at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Analytics, Revenue Management, focusing on revenue optimization.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director and Head of Pricing Strategy & Analytics at OUTFRONT Media. Starting in 2019 as the Director, they were promoted to their current role in March 2021.

J.R. Maus completed a Bachelor's Degree at Syracuse University from 2000 to 2002. In 2012, they obtained a Management Essentials Certification from Harvard Business School.
