Executive Vice President, CFO at Outfront Media

Matthew Siegel is the current Executive Vice President and CFO at Outfront Media. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at CBS Radio from November 2016 to November 2017. Before that, Siegel was with Time Warner Cable, Inc. from January 2008 to June 2016, where they were appointed Co-CFO and led processes and functions within the Finance Division while TWC and Charter Communications were navigating their merger and awaiting regulatory approval. Matthew was also responsible for Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations, FP&A, and Operating finance functions during this time. From January 2001 to December 2008, Siegel served as Assistant Treasurer and Vice President at Time Warner, Inc., where they were responsible for corporate finance, rating agencies, bank relations, bank financing, structured finance, and capital structure presentations. While at Time Warner, they negotiated a $12 billion bridge loan which enabled the spin-off of TWC.

Matthew Siegel has an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School.
