Nancy Tostanoski

Nancy Tostanoski currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Outfront Media, a position held since May 2014, where Nancy oversees human resources for the outdoor advertising and media firm. Previously, Nancy held significant roles at Warnaco as VP Global Compensation and Benefits, and at Reader's Digest as VP Global Compensation, Benefits and Shared Services. Additionally, Nancy served as SVP Global Compensation and Benefits at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, directing comprehensive compensation strategies. Early career experiences include establishing the benefits function at Cognizant Corp and consulting at Towers Perrin. Nancy holds an MBA in Marketing from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in English from Georgetown University.
