Nicolle Pangis

Nicolle Pangis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the advertising and media industries. Currently serving as Vice President for North America at Netflix Ads, Nicolle also holds the position of Independent Board Director at OUTFRONT Media and previously at Madhive. As the Chief Executive Officer of Ampersand, Nicolle played a pivotal role in transforming TV buying through innovative, data-driven solutions, achieving significant market share in addressable television. Nicolle has held various leadership roles, including Global COO at GroupM and Xaxis, where strategic initiatives resulted in substantial revenue growth. Early in the career, Nicolle served as President of North America and Europe at 24/7 Media Inc., leading the integration efforts post-acquisition by WPP. Nicolle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Boston University and an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School.
