Yury Opendik

Yury Opendik has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Yury started their career in 1999 as a Technology Support Specialist at JONES DAY®, where they provided desktop and server support on Novell and NT network. Yury was responsible for network optimization, monitoring, and security. In 2000, they joined Salomon Smith Barney as a Systems Engineer, where they coordinated and participated in various technology projects and provided support for a large server farm. In 2003, they joined Citi as a Senior Technical Analyst, AVP, and served in this role for 10 years. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer (Consultant) at Bank Hapoalim, where they focused on standardization, process improvement, and upgrading IT infrastructure. In the same year, they joined OUTFRONT Media as a Senior Systems Engineer. Overall, Yury Opendik has gained extensive experience in systems engineering, IT operations, and project management throughout their career.

Yury Opendik completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science at Kingsborough Community College from 1996 to 1999. Yury then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management and Finance at Brooklyn College from 2003 to 2006. Yury also obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware in March 2017, and MCSE, MCSA, and MCSP certifications from Microsoft in June 2000 and May 2000, respectively.
