Matt Bauerochse

Matt Bauerochse has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Matt is currently the Co-founder of Outhire and also works as an Airtree Explorer at AirTree. Previously, they held key positions at Honeywell as the Director of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineering Manager. Matt worked as the Head of Engineering at Sine and as the Co-founder & CTO at Future Identity, where they led the development of Validmate, a driver's license and passport scanning solution. Before that, they founded Appvation, a digital agency that delivered solutions for startups, scale-ups, enterprise, and government. Matt also worked as a Software Engineer at Ebor Computing on the SmartMove project and as a Technical Specialist at Services Australia on the Online Claiming for Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) project.

Matt Bauerochse obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Engineering) with Honours degree from the University of South Australia. Matt completed this four-year program from 2000 to 2004, specializing in Software Engineering.
