Kristin Hicks has a diverse work experience background. Kristin began their career as an MBA Graduate from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 2017. Afterward, they joined the U.S. Navy in 2008, where they served in various roles, including Air Liasion Officer-Naval Special Warfare and MH-60S Helicopter Pilot. During their time in the Navy, they coordinated disaster relief operations and served as a guest instructor pilot.
In 2019, they transitioned to the civilian sector, joining Outlier AI. At Outlier AI, they initially served as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for customer onboarding, training, and support. Kristin then took on the role of Lead Product Trainer, where they developed standardized training programs and implemented an employee onboarding program. Additionally, they designed and maintained a product help center in Zendesk.
In 2022, Kristin joined Embrace as a Customer Success Manager, where they continue to work with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with the product.
Kristin Hicks attended the United States Naval Academy from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and International Relations. In 2015, they enrolled in Syracuse University and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management in 2017, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. During the same period, they obtained another MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Syracuse University. In 2021, Kristin Hicks also received the Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
