Boris Tsentsiper

Boris Tsentsiper is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Outlook Amusements. Boris has over fifteen years of experience in the software development industry, with a focus on leading teams and developing complex software systems.

Boris began their career in 2006 as a Sr. Programming Analyst / Team Lead at Rapattoni Corporation. Boris was quickly promoted to Scrum Master, and led the programming efforts of the company's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) application. In this role, Boris was responsible for re-engineering, bug resolution, unit testing, and software deployment. Boris also assisted with the transition of the development team into Agile practices, and helped create requirements and use cases.

In 2011, Boris joined Western Dental & Orthodontics as a Software Architect. Western Dental is the largest provider of dental services in California and one of the nation's leading dental health maintenance organizations. As a Software Architect, Boris provided technical leadership for architecture, design, and implementation of various components of software systems. Boris also actively participated in preliminary stage discussions regarding new products, projects, and business initiatives. In addition, Boris led code reviews, pair programming, and advocated for quality code.

Boris is currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Outlook Amusements. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop high-quality software products. Boris is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of software development, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Boris Tsentsiper is a technology entrepreneur who has a background in systems analysis and design, programming/database design, and business administration with a major in information technology. Boris attended Stanford University for their undergraduate studies and John Bryce Training for their systems analysis and design certification. Boris also has an Oracle Certificate from Oracle University and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.

Their manager is Isaac Abecassis, VP of Technology. They work with Federico Mata - Junior DevOps Engineer, David Sabzanov - iOS Developer, and Dominique Honeycutt - Technology Operations Analyst.
