An joined Outlook Care in 2017 as Head of Human Resources and has over 18 years’ experience in HR spanning both the not for profit and commercial sectors and has taken up the role of Director of People from the 1st January 2022.

Before joining Outlook Care, An worked as Director of HR for Falck UK – a patient transport and emergency care provider and Group HR Manager for Family Mosaic (now Peabody).

Having worked in many people related management roles An understands the importance an organisation must place in its people to develop a dedicated, skilled and engaged workforce which enables Outlook Care to deliver excellent support to customers.

An has a degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, a Masters in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
