Sian Hajba

Sian Hajba is the current Director of Finance & Corporate Services at Outlook Care. Sian has previous experience working as an Assistant Director of Finance and Senior Manager Finance at Outlook Care Ltd, and Acting Finance Manager at Twynham Housing Association. Sian has been in the finance industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the field.

Sian Hajba has a BA Joint Honours in French and German from The University of Reading. Sian also has 3 A levels and 1 Special level from Cyfarthfa Castle Grammar School.

Sian Hajba reports to Piotr Rejek, Chief Executive. They are on a team with and Kathy Davies - Director of Care and Support.
