Elaine Ludovico (Sirmans)

Elaine Ludovico (Sirmans) has extensive experience in finance and financial planning. Elaine currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. Their previous role was as the Director of Commercial Finance at Alfasigma USA, Inc., where they supported the CFO, VP Sales, VP Marketing, and CEO. Elaine was responsible for driving the sales and operations planning cycle, as well as revenue builds for the company's strategic plan.

Prior to that, Elaine worked at Abbott as a Senior Finance Manager in Commercial Finance. Elaine supported the VP Commercial Finance, 2 VPs of sales, and one Managing Director, and played a key role in sales analytics and expense monitoring. At Alere Inc., they held various finance management positions, including Finance Manager for the Physician Diagnostics Group, Clinical Immunology Group, and Contra Sales, as well as Finance Manager for the Clinical Products Group, Infectious Disease Marketing, and Public Health. Elaine was responsible for overseeing finance administration, sales analytics, and P&L management for these departments. Elaine also worked as a Senior Business Analyst, providing financial support to the Clinical Products Marketing and sales teams.

Elaine's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Analyst at University Radiology Group and as a Finance Manager at GE Healthcare. Elaine began their career as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Moet Hennessy USA (Schieffelin & Somerset) and as a Financial Analyst at Atari (GT Interactive Software).

Elaine Ludovico (Sirmans) pursued their education from 1992 to 1996 at the University of Notre Dame, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they enrolled at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance.
