Fernando Campos Villanueva

Fernando Campos Villanueva currently serves as the Quality Assurance R&D & Lab Manager at Outokumpu since August 2023. Prior to this role, Fernando spent nearly two decades at 3M, where responsibilities included Lean Value Stream Manager for LATAM, Plant Operations Manager for the Fiber plant, Automotive Product Manager, and Manufacturing Plant Superintendent at the Tapes Plant. Fernando is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has experience as a Senior Process Engineer. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business, along with a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad del Valle de México and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITSLP.
