Heikki Rantalankila is a seasoned production engineer with extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management, currently leading the maintenance and reliability team at Outokumpu's Concentrating Plant in Kemi Mine since January 2018. Previously, Rantalankila held various roles in the engineering and production sectors, including production manager at Mectalent Oy and production supervisor at Metso, where responsibilities included operational management and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Rantalankila started their career as a process operator in the steel and paper industries and completed a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences in 2012.
