Janne Rahkonen

Janne Rahkonen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and engineering, currently serving as Service Manager for IT Operations Solutions Finland at Outokumpu since March 2018. Previous roles include System Engineer at Valmet and Metso Automation, as well as Application Designer and IT Systems Specialist at Outokumpu. Janne's career began as a part-time Electrician trainee, evolving through various technical positions since 1993. Janne holds a Master of Engineering in Service Management from Lapland University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier technical education at Tornion Aikuiskoulutuskeskus and Ammattiopisto Lappia.
