Rachel Willis

Rachel Willis is a co-founder and managing partner at Outpatch L3C, where Rachel turns plastic into patches with a purpose. Previously, Rachel worked as a Program Manager at PayPal, leading product development. Rachel also has a background in the US Army, where Rachel served in various roles including Senior Program Manager, Chief-of-Staff & Executive Assistant, Business Operations Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Graduate Assistant - Volleyball Coach. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
