Kari Mitchell

Kari Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. As the Owner & Coach of Yes to Me Coaching LLC since May 2016, Kari emphasizes the importance of "me time" for personal grounding and effectiveness. In a long-standing role as Director of Organizational & Leadership Development at Outpost Natural Foods Cooperative since December 1997, Kari has developed expertise in leadership coaching, development programming, assessments, succession planning, and change management. Additionally, as Director of Human Resources, responsibilities have included strategic planning, team management, employee development, and HR compliance. Kari holds a Master's degree in Adult Education & Organizational Development from Alverno College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Spanish from Arizona State University.
