Bea S. Lara

Bea S. Lara currently serves as the Global Talent Manager at Outpost24, a role undertaken since November 2022, after functioning as HR Talent Manager at Blueliv (now Outpost24) from September 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes HR, Admin, and Finance at AG Solution Group from June 2018 to September 2021, and Customer Service & Account Manager at SMARTDOTS LTD from October 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities encompassed client relationship management and business development. Earlier in a career at Universidad de Málaga, Bea contributed as a Programme Coordinator, supporting student exchange programs and international relations. A graduate in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad de Málaga, Bea is currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resources Management and an MBA at EAE Business School.
