Kevin Dixon

Kevin Dixon is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in audio and music applications, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Squad Tech Lead at Output Inc. since January 2021, where design and development of a high-performance C++ audio engine for music composition software has been a key focus. Prior roles include contributions to Dolby Laboratories in developing Dolby Atmos integration solutions and enhancing workflows, and senior software engineering positions at Fender and Native Instruments, where team leadership and cross-platform development were emphasized. Kevin's career also includes significant work at Audyssey Laboratories and Future Concepts I.S., delivering innovative audio solutions and complex software systems. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Audio Production & Technology from Michigan Technological University.
