Marcelo Gluz

Marcelo Gluz has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2000 to the present day. Marcelo is currently the CEO and Founder of a company called Outra Coisa, where they focus on building powerful digital products that connect people. In 2022, Gluz co-founded a company called Muda. Prior to these ventures, Gluz co-founded and served as the Product Director of Joco, a digital learning experience platform. Marcelo also has experience as the Founder and CEO of Posto Zero, and as the Executive Director of Polo Marte. Additionally, Gluz has held various roles at Globo, including New Media Head, Product Development Manager, UX Manager, and Lead UX Designer. At Globo, they were responsible for delivering interactive solutions, providing leadership to creative and technology teams, and driving the transition from old to new media.

Marcelo Gluz completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1993 to 1997. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Business Management from Ibmec.
