Santa Agolli

Santa Agolli has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Santa is currently working as the Business Development Director at Outra since May 2022. Before this, they founded Candlols in March 2021, an online platform for selling candles. Prior to that, they founded Folo in July 2019 and worked there until October 2022. At Folo, they played a key role in the company's development.

Before starting their entrepreneurial ventures, Santa Agolli gained valuable experience at Alexander McQueen as a Merchandising & Product Development professional from September 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they led the new product development process, collaborated with designers, and coordinated various departments to ensure timely production. Santa managed a large product collection, which required efficient planning and execution.

Santa Agolli also worked at Harrods as a Buyer from April 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they analyzed consumer behavior and data, ran reports, and placed orders for new season collections.

Overall, Santa Agolli has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a solid background in business development, product development, merchandising, and buying.

Santa Agolli attended the University for the Creative Arts from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management & Marketing.
