Allie Gosch

Allie Gosch is a professional with diverse experience in operations strategy, talent management, and design. Currently at Outrageous Interiors since June 2023, Allie previously worked at Delta Air Lines from November 2019 to June 2023, holding various roles including Project Lead in Operations Strategy and Sr. Analyst in Talent & Organizational Effectiveness. During this time, Allie developed expertise in talent management, encompassing areas such as talent planning and succession planning. Prior to Delta Air Lines, Allie served as an Executive Administrative & Human Resources Intern at International Justice Mission from June 2018 to June 2019. Allie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resource Analytics from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2018.
