Brandi Simons

Brandi Simons has extensive experience in care coordination and case management, currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Outreach Community Health Centers since October 2018. Prior to this role, Brandi worked at SaintA as a Care Coordinator and Residential Youth Counselor from January 2017 to October 2018. Brandi also gained experience as a Case Manager at the House Of Correction for a brief period in 2018 and previously served as a Correctional Officer for the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office from December 2015 to August 2016. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Anthropology-Sociology from Mount Mary University, completed in 2016.
