Alison Ponce

Alison Ponce has extensive work experience in the field of product design. Alison is currently working at Outreach as a Product Designer. Prior to this, they worked at MedBridge where they held various roles, including Lead Product Designer. In this role, Alison was responsible for leading the design strategy and process, presenting research insights and prototypes to stakeholders, collaborating with product managers, and scaling user research. Alison also spearheaded the development of the design team's design system and was involved in recruiting and mentoring product designers. Additionally, Alison worked as an Account Manager and Customer Support Representative at MedBridge, where they fostered long-term partnerships with enterprise accounts. Before MedBridge, they gained experience as a Publicity and Promotions Intern at Allied-THA Marketing and as a Social Media Specialist at Search Impact Consulting. Alison also had an internship as a Social Media Specialist Intern at pr-internship, where they managed social media campaigns, conducted research, and increased engagement and followers.

Alison Ponce attended the University of Washington from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have also obtained two additional certifications. Alison completed the course "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" at LinkedIn in September 2020. Furthermore, they obtained another certification in "Information Visualization: Getting Dashboards Right" from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2017.
