Cathlyn Lang is a seasoned professional in customer success and services leadership, currently serving as the VP of Global Customer Success & Professional Services at Outreach since July 2020, where Cathlyn leads teams to maximize value for customers using the Outreach platform. Previously, Cathlyn held roles including Director of Customer Enablement at Greenbits and Director of Professional Services at Blackbaud, managing large teams and significant P&L responsibilities. With a background in sales and customer service frameworks, Cathlyn has successfully driven service delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple industries, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Economics from Hamilton College and education at UCL and Lincoln School.
