Cody C. has a wide range of experience in the field of IT support and administration. Starting in 2012 as an Information Technology Intern at Mt. Baker School District, Cody gained practical knowledge and skills. After that, they worked as a Support Technician and Helpdesk at Coastal Contacts Inc. in 2013. In 2014, Cody joined Redfin as a Help Desk Analyst, providing first-line support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and telephony issues. Cody also served as an IT On-Boarding Specialist, handling high volumes of hardware provisioning and account creation. Cody continued to expand their expertise when they joined Outreach in 2018 as an IT Support Specialist. Their responsibilities included first-line macOS/Windows support, troubleshooting hardware and software, automated deployment of workstations, and asset control using JAMF and Microsoft Azure. Cody later advanced to the role of Sr IT Administrator and finally Systems Engineer I and II. Throughout their career, Cody has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide efficient and effective IT support and administration services.

Cody C. obtained a Certificate of Computer Software Support with a focus on Computer Networking from Bellingham Technical College. Cody attended the college from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Cody has also earned various certifications. These include being a Jamf Certified Tech, which they received from Jamf in March 2021, and being a Jamf Certified Associate, which they obtained from Jamf in December 2019. Cody also holds a certification in Computer Software Support from Bellingham Technical College, although the specific month and year of attainment for this certification are unknown.
