Grant McVicar has a wide range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Outreach since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer II at the same company. Before joining Outreach, Grant was a Senior Help Desk Technician at Card Kingdom Inc in 2021.
