Kamille Ramirez

Kamille Ramirez currently serves as the Director of GTM Enablement & Strategic Programs at Outreach, where responsibilities include leading SMB Enablement, partnering with leadership on strategic planning, and driving successful onboarding and program adoption. Previous experience includes positions at PayScale, where Kamille was a Revenue Enablement Project Manager recognized with the 2021 Difference Maker Award, and at iKids as Sr. Manager of Enablement, delivering projects for North America and China. Earlier roles at Nordstrom included Sr. Manager of Education & Change Readiness, contributing to significant sales increases through technology implementations and training. Kamille is also an active member of Pavilion since September 2023.
