Liliana Novac

Liliana Novac has a diverse work experience in the technical field. Liliana started their career at COMAX ERP in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they worked in a team of 4 and was responsible for various tasks such as producing test plans, assigning work to QA analysts, and verifying performance requirements. Liliana then joined SolveIT Software in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they wrote and executed test cases and communicated with engineers to ensure product quality. In 2013, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Elance-oDesk, focusing on writing clear bug reports and reproducing issues. Liliana later joined Learnlight (formerly known as ISUS) in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Technical Support, where they defined test conditions, reported bugs, and provided technical support to end users. In 2018, Liliana worked at Microsoft as a BI Analyst and Technical Support Engineer, where they analyzed data and trends, coordinated with SMEs, and tested machine learning systems. Liliana is currently working at Outreach since 2019 in various roles, starting as a Technical Support Engineer and progressing to an API Integrations Specialist, and now as a Senior API Integrations Specialist.

Liliana Novac earned a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from the State University of Moldova between 2006 and 2009. Liliana continued their education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in English Languages and Literature from the same institution from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, in October 2012, Liliana acquired the ISTQB - ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
