Megan Murphy

Megan Murphy has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Megan currently serves as a Customer Success Director at Outreach, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, both in Strategic Accounts, also at Outreach.

Before joining Outreach, Megan worked at Sprinklr as a Senior Success Manager and Success Manager, both in Enterprise accounts. Megan also gained experience at MindTouch and WalkMe™ as a Customer Success Manager in Strategic Accounts.

Earlier in their career, Megan worked at TrueAccord as a Customer Success Manager and at OnDeck, where they held roles as a Credit Risk Underwriter and as a Team Lead in Credit Operations. Megan also had experience in coaching as an Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Fairfax County Public Schools and in public relations and social media as an intern at ProActive Communications.

Megan Murphy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Insurance & Risk Management from the University of South Carolina in 2013. Prior to that, they also attended CIMBA in 2012 with a focus on Business & Communications.
