Megan Murphy has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Megan currently serves as a Customer Success Director at Outreach, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, both in Strategic Accounts, also at Outreach.

Megan Murphy completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Insurance & Risk Management from the University of South Carolina in 2013. Prior to that, they also attended CIMBA in 2012 with a focus on Business & Communications.
