Senior Product Manager - Calling, Messaging & Conversational Intelligence at Outreach

Mike Goodwin has a range of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Mike started their career at Level 3 Communications as a Customer Care Manager, where they managed content channels for three years. Mike then joined RingCentral as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, providing technical services and support to customers. After two years, they were selected to move to RingCentral's European office, where they played a key role in building the support organization and took on additional responsibilities such as training new hires and providing local IT support. Goodwin later transitioned to the role of Technical Account Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding and managing new RingCentral phone systems for customers across different industries. Mike'smost recent role was at Outreach, where they initially served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, supporting customers and providing mentorship to teammates. More recently, Goodwin took on the position of Product Manager - Voice, where they handle troubleshooting, bug management, and customer onboarding for Outreach's voice platform.

Mike Goodwin received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media and Communications Technologies from Michigan State University. Mike attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Mike obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in October 2020.
