Nicholas Kauffeld

Nicholas Kauffeld, MBA, is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and departmental leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as SVP of Finance and Analytics at Outreach since January 2024, Nicholas previously held leadership roles at Paycor, including VP of Financial Planning & Analysis and Sr. Director of Service Analytics. Notable prior experience includes serving as Line of Business CFO for the ECOMMERCE division at Vantiv, where Nicholas successfully integrated finance operations post-acquisition and established a high-performing finance department. Additionally, Nicholas has contributed to Kendle International in various financial roles and started his career at Convergys, showcasing a strong foundation in finance and budget management. Nicholas holds an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, both from Xavier University - Williams College of Business.
