Tony Phong

Tony Phong began their work experience in 2019 as a Football Recruiting Operations & Marketing Intern for the University of Oregon Athletic Department. From September 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Marketing Research Assistant for the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. In 2020, they joined Insight Global as a Recruiter from September 2020 to January 2021. Tony then transitioned to Outreach in 2021, where they held several positions, including Sales Development Representative from March to May 2021, Corporate Sales Development Representative from June 2021 to January 2022, Account Executive from February 2022 to February 2023, and currently serves as a Commercial Account Executive since February 2023.

Tony Phong attended South Salem High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Oregon from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Economics. In 2019, Tony participated in the International Summer University Program at the Copenhagen Business School. In December 2020, they acquired a certification in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
