Anthony Tisler

Anthony Tisler has over 25 years of experience in engineering and operations management. Anthony began their career in 1995 as a Test Engineer at Jabil, where they developed and supported test equipment for PCBA. During their time at Jabil, they were promoted to Assistant Test Engineering Manager, Workcell Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager. In 2005, they left Jabil to become the Founder of Quade Construction, a Construction and Property Management Company. That same year, they also took on the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, teaching Digital Systems and Introduction to Micro Processors. In 2009, they became the Manufacturing Manager at Xunlight Corporation, where they transformed the team into a Workcell Manufacturing Model. In 2010, they joined Lectronix, Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing. From 2011 to 2015, they were employed at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as the SW Program Manager and Functional Safety Manager for the Electrified Powertrain. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed at A123 Systems as the Director of Global Engineering Process, SW Quality, and Test Engineering, and as the Sr. Manager and Manager of Applications Software. In 2020, they began their current role as Vice President Operations and Director of Quality at Outrider.

Anthony Tisler has an extensive educational background. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 1992, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Anthony then went on to earn a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1995, also in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an OKR Expert from WorkBoard Inc. in 2019, a Certified Provisional Assessor Automotive SPICE from INTACS, a Functional Safety Certified Automotive Engineer from TUV NORD, a Hybrid Vehicle Systems Integration from SAE International, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Jabil Circuit, a Michigan Builders License from LARA, and The Leader in You from Dale Carnegie Training.
