Rachel Pearson

Rachel Pearson has over 25 years of work experience. Rachel began their career in 1993 as a Restaurant Manager for McDonald's-Jack Priess Franchise. In 1999, they moved to BROCADE as a Lead Agile Administrator/Sr Change Analyst and Engineering Change Analyst. In 2013, they became a PLM Solution Consultant at GoEngineer. In 2015, they were a Sr. PLM Consultant at Kalypso. From 2016 to 2021, Rachel was a Configuration Management Specialist at Seagate Technology. Currently, they are a Program Manager - Configuration Management at Outrider.

Rachel Pearson has a Master of Science in Management from Regis University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wyoming, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995. Rachel has also obtained three additional certifications: Overcome Overthinking from LinkedIn in January 2022, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn in January 2022, and Industry Standard Certifications (CMII) from Arizona State University.
