Gavan Conway has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts since February 2006. Under Gavan's leadership, the organization has maintained a strong commitment to its values and a genuine approach to staff engagement. Prior to this role, Gavan was the Human Resources Manager at Fitzgibbons Hotels from 2003 to 2006.
