Lauren Yamamoto

Lauren Yamamoto has a Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Lauren worked at Embassy Suites as a Guest Service Representative from June 2010 to June 2013, where Lauren focused on exceeding guest expectations and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. Following that, Lauren moved on to Aston Hotels & Resorts as a Condominium Administration from June 2013 to December 2015, providing administrative support and conducting research. Currently, Lauren is employed at Outrigger Hospitality Group since December 2015, where Lauren holds multiple sales-related positions, including Area Corporate & Leisure Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Coordinator. Their responsibilities include meeting sales goals, preparing group turnover documents, and coordinating services for groups.
